It is located on the Glare Shield (just above the main instrument displays) and allows pilots to control autopilot modes, flight director settings, and autothrust functions. The FCU is a stand-alone device that works independently of other components. Glare Wings are connected via cable. This package is designed to be built in glare shield or similar construction.
