Several of you guys asked for an unpainted version of the ACP knob (audio control panel). Now it's available in our shop.

ACP knob, painted and mounted in Skalarki pedestal.

The first large-scale production of knob is finished.

On request there is now a special button for the Audio Control Panel (ACP) available. It fits perfectly on the panels of Skalarki and is transparent so that it can be appropriately illuminated, if the respective channel is active. With greater demand, we will offer it in the shop.

Before the last idea we have battered Haxterberg, we draw especially the hat. Steffen, You are really creative!

These guys build Circuit Braker Dummies with a simple button bought from Reichelt electroincs and a similar Plexiglas cut screw. The number is applied by pad printing.

We have created the CBD according to our purposes in Inventor and therefore almost for sure solved the great problem of the efficient production of these parts.

Because there are damn a lot of fuses in an aircraft ...

That may look "off-topic" somehow, but it is really helpful in the design of our parts, if you know not only the exact surface dimensions of the panels, but also the exact holes. Also, there are some "reserved" areas that need to be kept absolutely free for cable management, ventilation etc..

We made the effort to do this and now we will be able to construct much easier.

The exhibition is over. We are back and have taken home sorts of nice things. And now it should also be clear what we will do in the next weeks...

First look on the new MIP panel. This part is currently on Marcins desk to be produced. We are extremely excited how it will look like at the end....

There is still some dust on the survice but for the first shooting it should be ok.
BTW all knobs have a standard M6 drill hole and are CNC drilled to ensure that they do rotate on the center axis.
