Postal Service
We ship small and light-weighted components via postal services like DHL, UPS or FedEx.
Freight forwarding
Larger shipments within Europe are transported on pallets by freight forwarders.
Air and sea freight
For intercontinental orders, we use large boxes for air or sea freight to maximize transport security.
Self-collection
Ex works. If you wish, you can also pick up your order yourself. Dresden is always worth a visit.
Pre-assembly checklist
Our products are designed to be installed by our customers with our remote assistance. We provide checklists and instructions to make installation easier for you.
Installation service
On special request we offer an installation service for our commercial customers. We set up the simulator for you and conduct a handover training.
